BrickFast Panels

Brickfast brick panels are the fastest and easiest way to construct real brick siding. You don’t need a mason to install these brick veneer panels, and this is not fake brick siding because McNear Thin Brick veneers are made from real brick. Each Thin Brick locks onto the brick wall panels, and rests secure, straight, and perfectly spaced. Properly installed, Brickfast brick veneer panels are indistinguishable from traditional brick masonry.

The BrickFast MCN Panel System stands out from other thin brick attachment methods as extremely fast, simple, and secure. The 4’ x 4’ BrickFast MCN galvanized steel panels have tabs that engage matching slots cut into the backs of the bricks, creating a strong mechanical bond. While adhesive is used during installation, the long-term strength of this system comes from the mechanical attachment of the bricks to the panels. Once grouted, the bricks can only be removed by breaking them out in pieces.

BrickFast MCN panels are used in the same way as other cladding systems, with similar methods of moisture control and insulation. It can be installed directly over weather resistive barriers, drainage planes, rigid foam insulation, insulated concrete forms, structural insulated panels, or a combination of these substrates.

BrickFast MCN Panels are a Time-Saver and Labor-Extender

The BrickFast MCN Panel System can greatly speed up the installation of brick veneers, and amplify the amount of veneer completed by a work crew each day. A two-man crew can typically: install 1200-1400 sf of panels per day, place 400-500 sf of brick per day, and grout 400-500 sf per day. Additionally, the BrickFast system does not require an underlying stucco coat, which can shave two weeks off the installation time.

  • BrickFast MCN panels are suitable for both new construction and remodels. It can be used on both interiors and exteriors. Brickfast can be used as real brick siding, to dramatically change the appearance of a home.
  • BrickFast MCN panels are available for a variety of brick sizes, including: Modular (2-1/4 x 7-5/8), Norman (2-1/4 x 11-5/8), Utility (3-5/8 x 11-5/8), King (2-5/8 x 10-1/8), and Standard (2-7/16 x 8-1/8).
  • BrickFast MCN panels can incorporate special shapes, such as Sills and thicker bricks for Quoins, etc.
  • Special BrickFast Corner panels are used, which wrap around the corners.
  • BrickFast MCN panels are made from 28-gauge, galvanized (G60) steel. Other materials (ie: 26-gauge G90) are available as special order.
  • BrickFast MCN panels meet or exceed the standards of ASTM A653 and E330.
